Before joining the FriEnt Team Dorothée Lepperhoff worked as an advisor to GIZ partner organisations in Mali (National Commission for Truth, Justice and Reconciliation) and survivors' associations and trauma organisations in Burundi and Rwanda (Civil Peace Service programme).
Her thematic focus is on Transitional Justice/ dealing with the past, especially memory work, dialogue, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), as well as Do no Harm and gender.
Dorothée Lepperhoff holds a Master's degree in Peace and Conflict Studies (Philipps University Marburg) and a Master's degree in Romance Studies, American Studies, Ethnology (Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn).
